Enterprise Connect AI Summit Set to Explore AI Potential for IT Leaders

The two-day Enterprise Connect AI Summit will gather IT leaders from various industries to delve into the possibilities of AI. Keynote address by David Glick and tracks on CX, Productivity, and IT Management promise valuable insights for attendees.

Enterprise Connect AI Summit Announced

Enterprise Connect AI, a new two-day summit tailored for IT leaders to explore the potential of AI, will be held from October 1-2, 2024, at the Santa Clara Convention Center in Santa Clara, California. The event will kick off with a welcome reception on September 30.

David Glick, Senior Vice President of Enterprise Business Services at Walmart, will deliver the keynote address. Glick, who has over 20 years of experience in enterprise technology, logistics, and product development, currently leads several enterprise systems at Walmart, including People Technology Modernization and Finance Tech. His prior roles include Chief Technology Officer at Flexe and Vice President of Fulfillment and Logistics Technology at Amazon.

Eric Krapf, General Manager of Enterprise Connect, expressed enthusiasm for Glick’s participation, noting the value of his insights on AI in enterprise transformation.

The conference program features three tracks: CX, Productivity, and IT Management, offering sessions on topics such as finding valuable AI use cases, building AI roadmaps, and AI in communications systems management. The summit will also host a Networking Hall showcasing AI-based technology providers.

Event sponsors include RingCentral, AudioCodes, Cognigy, Google, Bandwidth, NICE, and SecureLogix.

Registrations for the event are currently open.
