Tollring Unveils AI Recording for Microsoft Teams

Published: June 11, 2024 | By Kieran Devlin

Tollring has announced the launch of its Analytics 365 AI-Powered Recording, now available on Microsoft Azure and AppSource Marketplaces. This new addition to the Analytics 365 suite offers compliant recording capabilities for Microsoft Teams, including transcription, AI-driven keyword analysis, topic identification, sentiment, and outcome analysis.

Tony Martino, CEO of Tollring, expressed enthusiasm for the comprehensive suite, which he believes will enhance customer experience by providing deep insights into customer journeys and behavioral patterns. The AI-Powered Recording is priced starting at $7 per recorded user, with advanced functionalities available at $32.

The Analytics 365 suite, featuring Call Analytics, Collaboration Analytics, and the new AI-Powered Recording, aims to offer visual insights into communication trends and behaviors within Microsoft Teams. This helps organizations assess performance and productivity comprehensively.

Service providers and managed service providers (MSPs) can leverage these analytics for enhanced offerings through Microsoft’s and their own marketplaces, benefiting from a familiar, cloud-based platform.

Earlier in March, Tollring announced its integration of Analytics 365 Call Analytics and Call Recording with the TCAP platform—a global alliance to simplify Microsoft Teams Voice Services. Last month, Tollring introduced Record AI, a platform-agnostic cloud call recording solution enhancing compliance and intelligence offerings. These developments mark a significant beginning for Tollring in 2024.
