Nuvepro, a leading training platform, has announced its aim to train over 100,000 professionals in Generative AI skills this year. Over the past two months, Nuvepro has already trained 1,000 professionals through specialized workshops. These training sessions are designed for data scientists, developers, AI enthusiasts, and professionals from various sectors, providing practical skills to tackle real-world challenges in Generative AI.

Moyukh Goswami, Nuvepro’s CTO, emphasized the critical need for upskilling in Generative AI technologies to enhance revenue, reduce costs, improve productivity, and efficiently manage risks across industries. Collaborating with AWS experts, Nuvepro’s workshops offer a safe learning environment where participants gain the necessary skills and confidence for their roles.

Research reveals that 60% of the workforce lacks essential AI skills. Participants in Nuvepro’s initiatives reported significant professional benefits from the hands-on approach. The workshops covered a range of topics, including Amazon’s Q, Amazon’s Bedrock models, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG). About 83% of participants found the hands-on learning format highly effective, and 97% preferred it over traditional tutorials.

Approximately 35% of participants secured new roles, and 28% obtained new projects after attending these workshops. Overall, 85% found the training beneficial for their current jobs, and 88% favored hands-on learning through virtual labs or simulations.

Building on its recent successes, Nuvepro has introduced a new workshop focused on creating personalized AI assistants using AI agents, reinforcing its commitment to equipping professionals with the AI tools and knowledge needed to address future challenges and opportunities in the field of Generative AI.
