Altair Announces Virtual Event ATCx AI for Engineers 2024, Highlighting AI Use Cases in Engineering

Altair, a computational intelligence specialist, is set to host the ATCx AI for Engineers 2024, a global virtual event focusing on the applications of artificial intelligence in engineering. The event will feature industry leaders, unveil 100 AI-powered engineering use cases, and include sessions on knowledge graphs for data integration.

Altair to Host ATCx AI for Engineers 2024 Virtual Event

Altair, a company specialising in computational intelligence, has announced it will host a global virtual event called ATCx AI for Engineers 2024. Scheduled for 20 June 2024, the event aims to gather professionals from the fields of design, simulation, and manufacturing worldwide to explore the applications and potential of artificial intelligence (AI) in engineering.

The event will feature a variety of speakers and panelists, including prominent figures such as:
– Mike Gualtieri, Vice President and Principal Analyst at Forrester
– Stavros Stefanis, Principal Partner at Deloitte Consulting
– Matt Smolka, Principal Engineer, Advanced Simulation at Lotus

A significant highlight of the event will be the unveiling of Altair’s “100 Use Cases for AI-Powered Engineering,” aimed at showcasing how AI can be leveraged in various aspects of engineering to boost efficiency, accuracy, and innovation. Attendees will have access to these use cases following the event.

In addition to discussions by industry leaders, the event will feature a presentation by Sean Martin, Vice President of Software Engineering at Altair. Martin, who joined Altair through the acquisition of Cambridge Semantics, will present “Integrating Data with Knowledge Graphs: Why, What, and How?” This session will focus on how knowledge graph technology can support advanced analytics and foster data-driven innovation.

The event is designed to be accessible globally, with sessions scheduled to accommodate multiple time zones across the Americas (AMER), Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA), as well as Asia-Pacific (APAC) regions. Additionally, live translations will be available in several languages, including Spanish, French, Italian, Portuguese, German, Japanese, Chinese, and Korean.
