Her extensive background spans roles from claim representative to Divisional Vice President of Claims at major insurance firms. Notably, she led the claims division for Capgemini’s insurance practice before joining CLARA. In her new role, she aims to guide clients in effectively utilising AI to transform their claims operations.
Toll, with a robust track record in sales and revenue growth within the insurance sector, steps into the role of Vice President of Sales for Self-Insured. His previous positions include senior leadership roles at Marsh, Broadspire, and York Risk, among others. Toll’s career began in claims management, positioning him well to support CLARA’s aggressive expansion into the self-insured market.
