SAN FRANCISCO, May 22, 2024 – Enterprise Connect has announced the launch of Enterprise Connect AI, a new summit aimed at exploring how artificial intelligence can drive productivity, efficiency, and growth in enterprise settings. The two-day event will be held on October 1 and 2 at the Santa Clara Convention Center in Santa Clara, California, with a welcome reception on September 30.

Designed for IT leaders, the summit will focus on optimizing AI for enterprise growth through expert-led sessions and dynamic discussions. Eric Krapf, General Manager of Enterprise Connect, emphasized the rapid advancements and potential of AI, citing Omdia’s projection of AI revenues increasing from $6.7 billion in 2023 to $62.9 billion in 2028.

The conference will feature three tracks—Customer Experience (CX), Productivity, and IT Management—covering topics such as AI-personalized customer experiences, data readiness for AI, and AI governance. A Networking Hall will showcase leading AI technology providers.
