Enterprise Connect AI Summit Announced for October 2024
SAN FRANCISCO, May 22, 2024 – Enterprise Connect, a leading event in enterprise communications and customer experience (CX), will host a new Summit, Enterprise Connect AI, from October 1-2, 2024, at the Santa Clara Convention Center in Santa Clara, CA. A welcome reception will be held on September 30.
The Summit, themed “Optimizing AI for Enterprise Growth,” aims to help IT, Communications, and CX leaders leverage AI for increased productivity, profitability, and efficiency in various business operations. Eric Krapf, General Manager of Enterprise Connect, highlighted the significance of AI in enterprise growth, citing Omdia’s revenue projections increasing from $6.7bn in 2023 to $62.9bn in 2028.
