Free Workshop on Hybrid and Remote Team Management Offered by projectY Cowork
ProjectY Cowork Los Alamos has announced a collaboration with Zhennovate to offer a free workshop aimed at managers of hybrid and remote teams. This event, which is typically reserved for premium clients, will be available to the Los Alamos community on July 10 at 150 Central Park Square. Graduate students, postdocs, and nontechnical managers are also encouraged to attend.
The workshop will focus on coaching techniques to create safe environments, active listening, and providing objective feedback. Attendees will practice these skills through interactive exercises and real-life scenarios to better motivate their teams and drive positive change using Zhennovate’s AI coaching solutions.
Di Ye, the founder and CEO of Zhennovate, and an MIT Lecturer, will lead the workshop. Di Ye has extensive experience in entrepreneurship, engineering, product development, and leadership training across various sectors.
A small group discussion will take place from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. on July 9, followed by a larger evening workshop from 5-7 p.m. on July 10. Interested participants can register at www.projectYLosAlamos.com/events.
