GoDaddy has unveiled AI Domain Search and GoDaddy Studio, innovative tools designed to aid users in finding personalised domain names and creating professional content effortlessly. The move reflects GoDaddy’s commitment to assisting small business owners in establishing a strong online presence. In a separate development, Yext, Inc. acquires Hearsay Systems to bolster digital marketing offerings for financial services, underscoring the growing trend of AI integration in business strategies.

GoDaddy has introduced AI Domain Search, an AI-powered tool to help users find personalized domain names tailored to their business needs. By entering a business description or relevant keywords, users receive domain suggestions that align with their brand identity. This innovation is part of GoDaddy’s broader mission to support small business owners.

Selina Bieber, Vice President for International Markets at GoDaddy, emphasized the tool’s aim to simplify the process of finding an appropriate domain name, facilitating a robust online presence for entrepreneurs.

Complementing this, GoDaddy has also released GoDaddy Studio, an AI tool that enables users to create professional content without advanced design skills. Additionally, the GoDaddy Prompt Library offers resources to help entrepreneurs streamline workflows and enhance business growth.

Meanwhile, Yext, Inc., a global digital presence platform, has announced its acquisition of Hearsay Systems for $125 million, with an additional $95 million contingent on performance. The acquisition combines Yext’s digital presence management with Hearsay’s client engagement solutions. This merger aims to provide a comprehensive digital marketing platform for financial services.

Yext CEO Michael Walrath highlighted that the combined technology would enhance efficiency and customer engagement for regulated industries, with potential applications in other sectors. The transaction is expected to close in Yext’s fiscal year 2025, pending regulatory approvals.

Both announcements mark significant strides in leveraging AI to support business growth and digital engagement.
