Golden Key Group to Showcase Advanced Army Training Solution at Upcoming Symposium

Reston, Va., June 13, 2024 – Golden Key Group (GKG), an established provider of workforce solutions for the Department of Defense and Federal sectors, has announced its participation in the 2024 Army University Learning Symposium. The event, set to take place from June 24 to 28 at The Lewis and Clark Center at Fort Leavenworth, Kansas, will highlight innovations in military training and education.

GKG is set to present its “Crew Readiness 2030,” a forward-thinking, cloud-based operating solution aimed at enhancing training efficacy and readiness within the Army. The tool offers a comprehensive management system, allowing Commanders to oversee crew readiness, training, education, and talent from a unified interface. By employing artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) for predictive analytics, the system helps Commanders make informed decisions, ultimately leading to better preparedness across units.

“We are thrilled and honoured to demonstrate GKG Crew Readiness 2030 at the Army University Learning Symposium,” said William Lukaskiewicz, Vice President of Growth at GKG. “Our solution streamlines the planning, execution, and evaluation of training, thus enabling Commanders to manage crew readiness more effectively. The real-time or near-real-time data views provide valuable time savings for Commanders, allowing them to focus more on evaluating the training itself.”

Collaboration with Technology Leaders

To develop Crew Readiness 2030, Golden Key Group has partnered with prominent technology firms, including Salesforce and Verity Truss Consulting. Utilising Salesforce’s Multi-Tenant Cloud Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform and Software as a Service (SaaS) capability, the solution can be accessed on any device, ensuring seamless continuity and accountability throughout the chain of command. This “people-led, technology-enabled” approach is designed to provide a clear operational picture, enhancing communication and strategic planning within the Army.

Donnielle DeMesme, VP of Learning and Development at GKG, also expressed enthusiasm about the company’s participation in the symposium. “We are very excited to engage with the Army to discuss enabling Soldiers and civilians to learn, adapt, and excel in today’s fast-paced, ever-changing environment,” she said. DeMesme will be available at the symposium to discuss GKG’s learning and development initiatives, particularly through their GKG EDU program, which supports the Army’s evolving Learning Ecosystem.

Symposium Engagement

Visitors attending the symposium are invited to stop by GKG’s table in the upper atrium adjacent to Eisenhower Auditorium. For those unable to attend, GKG is offering alternative opportunities to learn about Crew Readiness 2030 and other capabilities via online demos available at GKG-CR2030.com.
