This summer, over five million attendees, including 10,000 athletes, were screened at various European venues using Evolv Technology’s advanced AI-driven security systems, according to a recent company announcement. The events, part of one of the world’s largest global sporting competitions, implemented Evolv Express® systems to enhance security measures and streamline entry processes.
Evolv Express® utilises cutting-edge sensor technology coupled with artificial intelligence to identify potential threats while distinguishing them from everyday items such as phones and keys. This system aims to reduce entry congestion and improve traffic flow by providing a seamless screening experience. Upon detecting a potential threat, an image is displayed on a connected tablet, highlighting the threat’s location for further inspection.
Evolv Technology coordinated with security partners HTDS, Aitecal, ARC Communications, and 2CL Communications to ensure the smooth operation of these systems at multiple events throughout Europe.
