Kinetic Seas Completes Phase I of AI Data Center in Oak Brook, Illinois

SCHAUMBURG, Ill., June 10, 2024 – Kinetic Seas Incorporated, formerly Bellatora Inc, has announced the completion of Phase I of its AI data centre in Oak Brook, Illinois. The U.S.-based company focuses on providing artificial intelligence (AI) solutions, consulting, infrastructure, and educational services to a wide range of businesses.

The newly completed Phase I aims to offer high-speed GPU and CPU resources for consulting clients, internal product development, and educational initiatives. This data centre features NVIDIA-based GPU compute resources, a proprietary virtualisation infrastructure to ensure flexibility and ease of use, and 10GB/sec internet connectivity. Kinetic Seas has partnered with Databank ORD4 for the collocation of its data centre, ensuring around-the-clock support, reliable connectivity, and essential environmental controls.

The virtualisation technology developed by Kinetic Seas, based on the Proxmox open-source platform, offers infrastructure consulting clients the ability to build their own AI-enabled environments. One key feature of this technology is its capability to provision GPU and CPU resources rapidly without the need to migrate data across hosts, thereby reducing setup times for AI model training and fine-tuning projects.

The company’s platform is currently being used to fine-tune large language models for industry-specific needs. Plans are also in place to offer educational services leveraging this platform in the near future, aiming to broaden the scope of AI education and application.

Kinetic Seas underwent significant changes leading up to the completion of this project. Edward Honour was appointed as Chairman and CEO on December 14, 2023, and a new five-member Board of Directors was installed with the mission to bring practical machine learning and AI projects to the market. In January 2024, the company relocated its headquarters to Schaumburg Corporate Center in Schaumburg, Illinois, and rebranded itself from Bellatora Inc to Kinetic Seas Incorporated.

Under its new leadership, the company filed its first 10-K and 10-Q reports, had its “shell-risk” designation removed, and changed its audit firm to Chase Bush and Associates. These steps were taken to strengthen the company’s regulatory compliance and financial transparency.

The completion of Phase I marks a significant milestone for Kinetic Seas as it positions itself to be a key player in the AI infrastructure and educational market. However, the company’s progress remains subject to numerous risks and uncertainties. These include market adoption rates, technological changes, and regulatory challenges, which are detailed in various filings with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).

Investors and stakeholders are encouraged to review the “Risk Factors” section in the company’s Annual Report on Form 10-K and its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q, both filed with the SEC. These documents are available on the SEC’s website and provide a comprehensive overview of potential risks and uncertainties.

For more detailed information on Kinetic Seas and its offerings, the company encourages visiting their website.
