As companies mandate a return to the office, yet employees demand flexibility, Microsoft Places has been enhanced with AI capabilities and integrations with tools like Outlook and Teams. Key features include:

  • Location Planning: Employees can share and view colleagues’ working locations.
  • In-Person Meetings: Hybrid RSVP options for scheduling in-person and remote meetings.
  • Team Guidance: Intelligent tool offering optimal work patterns.
  • Space Booking: Reserving rooms, desks, and work areas with assistance from AI.
