Productsup reveals a suite of advanced AI tools aimed at transforming the creation of product content for businesses worldwide. The innovative features streamline processes, enhance global scalability, and drive higher returns on investment, addressing the demands of hyper-personalisation in the e-commerce sector.

Productsup Unveils AI-Powered Tools for Crafting Hyper-Personalised Product Content

Berlin, 27 June 2024 – Productsup announced today a suite of advanced AI tools designed to help businesses generate and manage product content across multiple channels and markets globally. This unveiling comes as the German-based Product-to-Consumer (P2C) software company aims to streamline the creation of targeted and high-quality product advertisements and listings.

Facing the growing complexity of modern commerce, where companies manage vast inventories and target diverse audiences, Productsup says its new AI capabilities can automate and enhance content creation processes. “When dealing with millions of products globally, it’s nearly impossible to create engaging product content for each target audience and market at the pace set by modern commerce,” explained Boris Penck, Chief Technology Officer at Productsup. The new tools, integrated within the Productsup platform, offer solutions to common issues like discrepancies, mistranslations, and inaccuracies in product content.

The suite’s newly introduced AI features are multifaceted, aiming to provide significant operational benefits and drive higher returns on investment for businesses. Among the most notable tools is the content generation capability, which uses raw product attributes to automatically produce engaging descriptions tailored to different audiences and promotional needs. This sophisticated automation can replace labor-intensive manual creation, freeing up resources for strategic initiatives.

For global enterprises, the automated translation feature holds particular promise. Companies can now easily localise content for different markets, potentially expanding their international reach more swiftly and accurately. This ensures that product descriptions resonate well with local audiences, which can lead to better engagement and conversion rates.

Additionally, these tools allow for seamless adjustments to product specifications, ensuring content fits varying character limits imposed by different advertising platforms. Notably, Productsup’s platform can now optimise content for Search Engine Optimisation (SEO), using custom prompts to generate high-value keywords and enhance product titles and descriptions.

The AI suite also addresses technical barriers with the introduction of Regex and Twig Generators. Non-technical users can now benefit from automated code generation for sorting and tweaking product data, simplifying tasks like updating prices or tailoring content for specific promotions.

Marcel Hollerbach, Chief Innovation Officer at Productsup, highlighted the strategic integration of these AI tools into existing workflows. “AI for content generation is all you hear about these days, but simply introducing tools like ChatGPT is only so effective,” Hollerbach said. “The true value of AI is realised when it’s implemented strategically and integrated with existing workflows. Productsup’s AI features fit seamlessly into our platform, providing teams with even more efficiency.”

The company’s announcement comes as it continues to grow its client base, which includes global brands such as Sephora, Beiersdorf, Redbubble, and ALDI. Productsup’s platform processes over two trillion products per month, indicating the substantial scale and demand for their services.

Productsup’s new offerings appear to align with a broader trend in the retail and e-commerce sectors where automation and artificial intelligence are employed to meet the demands of hyper-personalisation. As businesses aim to improve their efficiency and customer engagement, such tools are becoming increasingly crucial.

For further insight into these technologies, Productsup offers demonstrations of their new features and provides an AI guide titled “The State of Smart Commerce,” which explores the impact of AI-driven product content on modern business practices.

In summary, the introduction of advanced AI tools by Productsup marks a significant step toward more efficient and personalised product content creation, providing enterprises with the means to enhance global scalability and customer experience. These developments are likely to set new benchmarks in the industry, reflecting the ongoing evolution of commerce technologies.
