WarpSpeed Taxi Inc. announces a strategic move to collaborate with NextFind.AI, shifting towards developing advanced AI and machine learning technologies for global mineral exploration. The partnership aims to revolutionise the mining industry by streamlining exploration efforts and cutting costs.

WarpSpeed Taxi Inc. Announces Major Shift to AI and Mineral Exploration Collaboration

Las Vegas and Hyderabad, India – WarpSpeed Taxi, Inc. (OTC: WRPT) has announced a strategic pivot by forming a partnership with NextFind.AI. The new collaboration focuses on developing advanced artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning technologies, with a specific application in global mineral exploration. This significant shift comes alongside the announcement that WarpSpeed Taxi, Inc. will rebrand itself as NextFind.AI.

WarpSpeed Taxi, previously engaged in the transportation sector, has entered into an agreement with NextFind.AI to form a joint venture. This venture is set to develop AI-driven tools aimed at improving the efficiency and effectiveness of mineral exploration. NextFind.AI has a track record of employing AI in identifying economic mineralization on exploration properties and has also been involved in medical patient care applications.

The collaboration will see WarpSpeed Taxi contributing substantial resources to reinforce NextFind.AI’s ongoing projects. Specifically, WRPT will issue 15,000,000 shares of its common stock, valued at $0.50 each, to NextFind.AI’s principals. This stock issuance, amounting to a total consideration of USD 7,500,000, is in exchange for NextFind.AI’s technological contributions towards the joint venture.

NextFind.AI’s platform is highlighted as an innovative AI tool designed for data quality and anomaly detection. This tool significantly enhances the process of locating mineral deposits, providing a more efficient and cost-effective methodology than traditional exploration techniques. The AI technology leverages satellite imagery, historical data, and exploration archives to pinpoint potential mining sites with high precision. These advancements could potentially revolutionize the mining industry by streamlining exploration efforts and reducing the time and costs associated with finding and developing new mineral sources.

In the current climate of increasing demand for precious and critical minerals, the collaboration aims to meet this demand while ensuring that exploration methods are optimized for greater accuracy and efficiency. The venture is managed by experienced geoscientists and AI specialists, promising a blend of expertise that could lead to significant discoveries in the mineral sector.

WarpSpeed Taxi, or soon-to-be NextFind.AI, underscores the importance of this strategic move by outlining the anticipated benefits that the advanced AI solutions will bring to the mining industry. However, the agreement is still subject to a comprehensive due diligence review. Upon completion, both companies will negotiate and execute a definitive agreement.

The rebranding to NextFind.AI signifies WarpSpeed Taxi’s commitment to this new direction, reflecting its evolved focus from transportation to tech-driven mineral exploration.

Despite the excitement, the company acknowledges the inherent risks and uncertainties associated with the forward-looking statements in their press release. These include potential difficulties in finalising the agreement and the performance of the AI technologies in real-world applications. The company also recognises the competitive landscape of AI and mineral exploration sectors, which could affect the joint venture’s success.

As the companies move forward, they aim to establish a robust presence in the AI and mineral exploration markets, aspiring to make significant contributions to these fields.

The collaboration is being closely watched by industry analysts and investors, keen to see how this strategic shift will unfold and impact both the technologies involved and the broader mineral exploration landscape.
