The World Intelligence Expo in Tianjin, China, highlighted the latest innovations in artificial intelligence and technology with key exhibits such as bionic robots and a wind-powered flying car. The event attracted global exhibitors and institutions, featuring interactive displays and significant events like the Asia-Pacific Robotics World Cup.

The World Intelligence Expo was held in Tianjin, China, on June 29, 2024, showcasing the latest advancements in artificial intelligence and intelligent technology across various industries. The event was themed “Intelligent Travel Empowering Future” and attracted over 550 exhibitors and institutions globally, including renowned companies like Huawei, Alibaba, Baidu, and Danfoss, as well as top universities such as Peking University and Tsinghua University.

Key exhibits included bionic robots with human-like skin and nails that can communicate in both Chinese and English, and a wind-powered flying car with a maximum payload of 160 kg. Additionally, a smart wheelchair controlled through mind signals was among the innovative products displayed.

The Expo featured ten major themes, covering artificial intelligence, intelligent networked vehicles, intelligent manufacturing, and robotics. Interactive exhibits included humanoid robots, bionic robots, and intelligent robot dogs, highlighting their roles in monitoring, rescue operations, and cultural tourism.

Notable exhibits in the low-altitude economic exhibition area included drones and flying vehicles with advanced technologies for autonomous cargo transport. Robotic arms capable of high-frame-rate video shooting and autofocus, utilizing technologies such as 5G and IoT, were also demonstrated.

The Expo hosted three significant events: the Asia-Pacific Robotics World Cup Tianjin International Invitational, the World Intelligent Driving Challenge, and the International Intelligent Sports Conference. These events showcased technological achievements and innovative applications, providing exhibiting companies with opportunities to enhance their digital transformation and explore new business avenues.
