Blue Pearl Software, in collaboration with Adiuvo Engineering and Training, has extended its design verification and methodology services to Europe, catering to a wider customer base and ensuring high reliability and efficiency in electronic system design. This strategic partnership highlights the importance of innovative collaborations in meeting global demand for stringent verification processes in the tech industry.

Blue Pearl Software Expands Design Verification Services to Europe

Santa Clara, Calif., June 27, 2024 – Blue Pearl Software, Inc. has announced an expansion of their services to now include Europe, extending their System on Chip (SoC) and Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA) design verification and methodology support beyond their existing North American customer base.

This strategic move has been facilitated through a collaboration with Adiuvo Engineering and Training, a consultancy known for its comprehensive expertise in embedded systems design and training. Since its inception in 2014, Adiuvo has carved out a reputation for assisting clients in various sectors, ranging from aerospace to automotive.

Ellis Smith, Chairman and CEO of Blue Pearl Software, highlighted the impetus behind this expansion. “Since we launched our service offering in September of last year, we have had positive feedback from customers. However, with several design teams spread across the world, supporting only North America was somewhat limiting. By partnering with Adam Taylor and his team, we have the resources to grow on our success and meet our customer’s needs.”

Adam Taylor, the founder of Adiuvo Engineering and Training, is well-regarded in the industry for his proficiency in embedded systems and FPGA development. Taylor expressed enthusiasm about the partnership, stating, “From satellite systems in space to predictive maintenance in factories, to Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) on the road, Adiuvo has experience helping clients design systems that are reliable and meet the most stringent standards. We are excited to help Blue Pearl and, most importantly, their customers with their design verification and methodology service needs.”

Design verification and methodology services are crucial in ensuring the reliability and efficiency of electronic systems in various industries. SoC and FPGA technologies are integral to numerous applications including military, aerospace, semiconductor, medical, communications, and other safety-critical fields. The need for stringent verification processes is paramount to meet industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Blue Pearl Software specialises in design automation software compatible with DO-254 standards for ASIC, FPGA, and IP RTL verification. Their flagship product, the Visual Verification Suite, is touted for its advanced integrated RTL structural and formal linting, constraint generation, and clock domain crossing analysis.

This expansion into Europe marks a significant step for Blue Pearl Software as it seeks to provide comprehensive support to a wider array of customers, ensuring that projects across diverse markets are completed with high reliability and efficiency. The collaboration with Adiuvo Engineering and Training is expected to play a pivotal role in this expansion, leveraging the consultancy’s expertise and experience.

As industries increasingly rely on sophisticated electronic systems, ensuring efficient design verification processes remains essential. Blue Pearl Software’s expansion reflects a broader trend within the tech industry to align services with the global dispersion of design teams and the increasing complexity of modern electronic systems.

Overall, this strategic collaboration underscores the importance of innovative partnerships in enhancing service offerings and meeting global demand in the tech industry. Blue Pearl’s move is indicative of a broader industry recognition of the necessity for expanded and reliable verification services in the ever-evolving field of electronic design.

For organisations relying on SoC and FPGA technologies, the extended reach of Blue Pearl Software’s offerings promises enhanced support and a commitment to maintaining high standards and reliability in design verification processes.
