Steve Endacott, an entrepreneur and chair of Neural Voice, is launching AI Steve, a digital avatar and voice rendition, as an independent candidate for the upcoming July 2024 general election in Brighton Pavilion. AI Steve aims to provide round-the-clock interaction and policy formation for constituents, with Endacott pledging to follow AI Steve’s feedback on voting in Parliament.

Steve Endacott, an entrepreneur and chair of Neural Voice, is introducing AI Steve as an independent candidate for the July 4, 2024, general election in Brighton Pavilion. This constituency was previously held by Caroline Lucas of the Green Party.

AI Steve, a digital avatar and voice rendition based on Endacott, aims to offer constituents round-the-clock interaction and policy formation. Endacott promises to adhere to AI Steve’s feedback for voting on policies in Parliament. His campaign underlines practical, affordable green policies and proposes measures such as a four-day workweek and enhanced prison capacity.

Endacott previously ran unsuccessfully as a Conservative in a 2022 Rochdale local election. Smarter UK, his intended party, wasn’t registered in time, making AI Steve an independent contender. This election will see AI Steve compete against candidates from the Labour, Liberal Democrats, and Conservative parties.
